Man Drying Goji Berry

In Ningxia Province in northern China, I visited the harvest of Goji berry. After harvesting, the berries are laid put to dry. After they have dried for a couple of days, they are lightly beaten to remove the sticks. This man is performing that task. Cigarettes are optional.
