Curious Amazonian Boys

"The children are curious about us. These boys watched Chris and I from outside a little thatched home in the Amazon while their mother told us about a daughter who drowned in the river. Their mother wove the roofing you see in the background. She was fascinating to watch, and did quite well economically by making and selling these beautifully functional, lovely-to-look at, and completely sustainable roofing elements.
